State Falg GraphicThe Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims is a limited jurisdiction tribunal that considers cases involving on-the-job injuries occurring while an employee is within the scope of employment. It is a court of record made up of 10 judges appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the State Senate.
