SCHEDULE OF MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL FEES
The Workers'
Compensation Court Administrator has adopted a new workers' compensation
fee schedule effective January 1, 2010. The schedule was adopted per
Title 85, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 14. To access a copy of the fee

TREATMENT GUIDELINES FOR THE CERVICAL SPINE AND THE LUMBAR SPINE
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 2009
New
Guidelines for Treatment of the Lumbar Spine and
Guidelines for Treatment of the Cervical Spine have been adopted,
effective August 15, 2009. They are available on the “Publications” page
under "Treatment Guidelines" or by clicking on the name of the guideline
above.
NEW PERMANENT PARTIAL DISABILITY AND DEATH
BENEFITS CHARTS NOW AVAILABLE
Permanent partial disability and death
benefits charts reflecting changes effective 11/1/09 are now available
on the “Laws/Rules/Charts” page. Paper copies may be
purchased at both Court locations. Direct requests for purchase by mail
to the Workers’ Compensation Court, 1915 N. Stiles Avenue, Oklahoma
City, OK 73105, Attention: Records Department.

Annual Report
The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court is pleased
to submit its
2008 Annual Report.
The report is prepared per Title 85 O.S., Section 85. The document is in

copies of the Annual Report also have been deposited with the Oklahoma

NOTICE OF NEW ASSESSMENT RATE: The
Multiple Injury Trust Fund (MITF) assessment rate to be charged for the
four-quarter period of 7/1/09 through 6/30/10 has been calculated as
provided by law. For a copy of the notice to payors of the new
assessment rate,
