Pursuant to the requirements of Title 85 O.S, Section 372, the Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims has made available an on-line means to conduct searches of all claims for the preceding 10 years at the time of the posting of this database. This includes claims filed for the period from January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2014.
To search for a claim filed with the Court since January 1, 2004: In the search field enter information pertaining to EITHER the
- Court Claim Number, OR
- Injured Worker's Last Name & First Name. Please Note: Searches cannot be conducted on Last Name alone.
Court Claim Number Search
Enter the 4-digit prefix (equal to year of filing) + hyphen (-), followed by the 5-digit sequential filing number, followed by the alpha check-digit. As an example, 1999-30000Y is a valid Court Claim Number. However, this is only an example of a valid CC# and it is not present in the database.
Injured Worker Name
Searches must include the Last Name, a comma, and all or part of the First Name. As an example, the search by the term "Doe, C" will yield cases for all Injured Workers with a claim on file with the last name of "Doe" and a first name that begins with the letter "C". However, the search for "Doe, Cathy" will yield cases for Injured Workers with that exact last name and first name.
